Navigating the Dashboard
The Time Clock Admin Panel Dashboard is the central hub for managing your team, and accessing advanced features like PTO, tips, commissions, and more. This guide walks you through each section so you can confidently manage your staff’s time and payroll data.
How to Access the Dashboard

Go to Store > Time Clock Admin Panel in Commerce7

Click the Dashboard tab in the top navigation bar
Dashboard Sections Explained
📊 Status
Shows how many employees are currently:

Clocked In
-
On Break / Lunch
-
Clocked Out
This is useful for understanding shift coverage at any moment during the day.
📅 Schedule
Displays upcoming scheduled shifts:

Today – List of employees scheduled to work today
-
Tomorrow – Employees scheduled for the following day
This section helps you plan coverage and ensure accountability with scheduled staff.
✅ Pending Approvals
Shows a list of recent timesheet edits that are awaiting admin review:

Name of employee
-
Type of approval (e.g., Timesheet Edit)

How long ago the edit was submitted
-
A View button to open the approval and take action
You can also click View All to see the full list of pending approvals.

FAQs
Q: Why aren’t scheduled employees showing up?
A: Scheduling must be enabled and assigned in the Schedule tab. This feature is currently in early access.
Q: Why does it say 0 Clocked In?
A: Employees must clock in from POS > Time Clock. If they forget, they will not appear here.
